Do you deliver to my area?

We do deliver to all postcodes in the United Kingdom including Scottish Highlands & Islands.

Who will process my order?

We promise to deliver only the best whealthyness promoting products and offer you first class service. There is no middle man – we keep our own stock and despatch directly, avoiding usual warehouse-related issues.

Where is my order?

Please note that all gift box orders are trackable.  We will always email you at the time of despatch. Letterbox gift boxes are usually delivered within 1 – 2 working days, gift hampers are usually delivered within 2 – 4 working days.

Royal Mail deliveries will arrive with your usual Royal Mail delivery. Any other service will deliver between 8am – 8pm, Mon – Fri.

Can I send an order to more than one address?

You are welcome to place orders to as many UK addresses as you like – and they will all qualify for free delivery regardless of the value.

Please place separate orders for each delivery address. If you are a business wishing to send corporate gifts to one or more addresses, please email your requirements to hello@healthygiftsmarket.co.uk and depending on quantity you might be eligible for corporate rates.

Do you deliver overseas?

Unfortunately we don’t ship outside of the United Kingdom at the moment, however we are working on shipping to the EU & Switzerland soon. Please email us with your enquiry and we will do our best to help you. EU & Switzerland orders do not qualify for free shipping.

What happens if I’m out when you deliver?

All of our  parcels do require a signature on delivery (unless you request otherwise when placing your order under the “Notes” section). If you are not in, your parcel will be taken back to the local sorting office and a card will be left at your address explaining what to do next.

If you prefer to opt for “no signature” delivery, we won’t be able to take responsibility for delivery of your order.
